What Is A Medium?
A Medium is a person who is sensitive to the vibrations
of the Spirit World and is able to convey messages from
those in Spirit who have experienced what is called
death.
What Is Death?
Death is a transition from one vibrational state to
another, just as water can exist as ice or steam, and is
essentially the same compound, only in a different form.
At death the soul or energetic field leaves the body
and continues to exist at a different vibration and
therefore, the form changes.
What Is Dying?
I am standing upon the seashore.
A ship at my side spreads out her white sails to
the morning breeze
And starts for the blue ocean.
And I stand and watch her until at length,
She hangs like a speck of white cloud
Just where the sea and sky come down
to mingle with each other.
Then someone at my side says:
There! She’s gone.
Gone where?
Gone out of my sight and that is all.
She is just as large in mast and hull and spar,
As she was when she left my side,
Just as able to bear her load of living freight to
the place of destination.
Her diminished size is in me, not in her;
And just at that moment, when someone at my side
says:
There! She’s gone.
There are other eyes watching her coming,
And other voices ready to take up the glad shout:
There! She comes.
And that is dying.

How Does A Medium Connect With Spirit?
A medium acts as an instrument for an exchange of energy.
This energetic exchange can express as sound or as a
vision. In a session I usually hear names, or letters of
a name, and then am shown a symbol or scene. Eventually
a story unfolds that is relevant to the client, and
messages given that are helpful for the client’s
spiritual and psychological development. Sometimes
future events are foretold. Certainly the alleviation
of grief is an important element of the session.
What Does The Bible Say About Mediumship?
The bible is full of prophecy and messages received from
Heaven or Spirit. The prophets of the Old Testament saw
visions and heard voices. Moses heard Spirit voices
many times. Peter, the disciple of Jesus, conducted a
séance to decide who was to replace Judas. Acts. Ch. 1.
If one accepts psychic and medium phenomena in the text
of the Bible, it seems reasonable to accept it today.
What Is The Purpose Of Modern Day Mediumship?
Perhaps its most important contribution is to show
the continuity of consciousness, and to comfort the
grieved. However, I believe that by doing controlled
scientific studies which show the validity of mediumship,
not only are our personal needs satisfied, but
there are larger social and political ramifications.
We are all conscious beings with a higher purpose, joined
energetically by a common "Force" or "Energy". Given this
consciousness and it’s survival we can no longer value
materialism as primary, but will truly value the
teachings of the Great Prophets Buddha, Krishna, Moses,
Jesus, and Mohammed.
